Market Plan for October 25th, 2023

Good evening folks,

We had a mild green day with slow, ranging price action. We opened at 4240 and closed at 4250. We had a small surge right after closing, going all the way to 4269 (one point under our target). We’re now back in the 4230-4250 range from this morning.

Many feel that today is one of the last days of this upward move, and bulls simply cannot maintain a bounce for long enough to cause a squeeze. Others think the squeeze is just about to begin. Who will be right? Here’s my plan:
