Is this a top forming?

Good evening folks,

As predicted yesterday, today was a structure-building day in the market. We didn’t make any new highs or lows and spent the whole day in a 15-point range. Many who over-traded here got chopped to pieces.

In the room, we stayed in one position the whole day, and it’s still ongoing. Knowing when NOT to trade is just as important as knowing when to trade, or your gains will all be given back.
