Will we make new all-time highs tomorrow?

Good evening folks,

The market had a rough, choppy day where we attempted to make new all-time highs but failed. We rallied off 5173 to a high of 5190, making it a tight range. There were multiple fakeouts in both directions, making it difficult unless you simply entered and held from the extremes.
